We went to see the San Francisco Gay Lesbian Bisexual Trans...call it "Pride" parade.

The parade always starts with Dykes on Bikes oops...the Women's Motorcycle Contingent.

Here's a cheerleading group. I think this is LA Cheer. Of course, the mayor was there. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence were there.

There were fewer elaborate drag qaueens this year and not too many floats This was my favorite band. I'd just seen Rocky Horror again so this float was interesting.

I didn't quite get the samba connection. They had some of the most colorful costumes

2004.06.27_13.45.16 And that was it. The parade seemed shorter to me this year than in previous years. I remember when the parade took over five hours to finish. This year, it was done by 2pm. There didn't seem to be as many contingents as in years past.
