These buildings are an example of a neighbor feud taken to an extreme. The owner of the smaller building had built something that blocked the view of the owner of the lot where the larger building would be built. The larger building was built to intentionally block any view from the shorter building.		 2004.04.07_11.56.35
There may be Russian sailors buried under these condos. Or not. No one really knows the exact location of the Russian cemetary.
