Visitation Valley

This is part of the Third Street Light Rail project.	This is the "Mae West" house named for the actress who supposedly stayed here at one point.	I like some of the architecture in the neighborhood.	I don't know how practical this kind of entrance may be but I like ths look of it.	Of course, there were some concrete gardens.
Santa made a visit. Remember, this walk happened in May. I think this Santa is a permanent installation.	This is an attempt at a garden, I guess.	I don't know where the 'wrong side of the tracks' might be. This whole neighborhood could count as a 'wrong side of the track' area.	These are some of the switches for the light rail project that is under consruction.	I think this used to be a motel. It's a pretty strange looking building.
We found a park for sitting in between the two walks.		This is a neighborhood mural.	This garden is outside a Catholic church.	The area has some unexpected art deco-style architecture.
If I have to have a chain link fence, which I would never have, I'd want to do something like this to it: paint it pink.	This house has the white picket fence out front, surrounding the green yard...except that green stuff is astroturf. They put fake grass in their front yard.	I guess if this bike gets stolen, it will be easy to identify.
