Do you have any outstanding sewing projects that you've been wanting to do but never seemed to get the inspiration for following through? Here's a chance to get together with other seamsters and sew up a storm. We'll be meeting in the spacious backyard of the Eagle Tavern where there will
be tables and electrical outlets and plenty of sunshine, and, most importantly, booze. Bring a sewing machine if you're ambitious. Or just bring something that needs a button sewn back on. People will be making flags, sewing patches onto jackets, modifying clown suits, and other dangerous activities. Rather than fix your pants cuffs with a Swingline stapler, bring 'em along and bribe someone with drinks to do it right. If you've got an elaborate costume idea but no idea how to get started, there will probably be someone else there who can help.
