Saint Samuel was Saint Patrick's lesser-known little brother who, legend has it, drove all the iguanas out of Ireland. (You don't find any there now, do you?) Those in the know celebrate the date of his birth on April 8, which is what hundreds of revelers will be doing at Bill McNally's Irish Pub and other Irish establishments throughout the Greater Rockridge area.

But as an extra treat, someone named Eoghan will also be celebrating his 35th birthday at McNally's, and we're all invited to show up and pretend that we're old friends from high school or whatever. Come join us to find new ways to entertain Eoghan in front of everyone else by recounting embarrassing tales to his close friends. By the end of the evening we should be able to create at least one believable rumor that will work its way back through Eoghan's fan base and haunt him for the rest of his drinking life.
