Edgar, the missing link

This started as hospice-knitting, without any real pattern. 'Hospice knitting' means I knit it in the dark, without a pattern, while watching TV at hospice. I started at the nose with #13 needles and two strands of Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride I was using left-over yarn for this project. With no real plan, I picked a few colors that seemed to go together. The blue remained constant. However, sometimes I combined it with green. At other times, I combined it with purple.

After stuffing, I realized this 'fish' needed at least two legs. This oddly shaped fish had evolved into a missing link.
