Potrero Hill Stairwalk

It's another stairwalk....this time around Potrero Hill.

This is the start of the walk...

The Community Garden on the right looked beautiful...but we couldn't go inside (gate was locked)
The image on the left is taken from a swingset.

The house on the right had an amazing garden. See directly below for a view of the sidewalk outside this house.

I am always amused by finding things like dirt paths in the middle of the City.
This is someone's gas line. San Francisco's hilly environment makes for some creative solutions.
Everyone has head of Lombard Street. Not as many have heard of (or driven) Vermon Street. It's another very windy, curvy street & just as steep.
At the top of Vermont, there is this little mini-staircase and an active Community Garden.
The view from here is beautiful...see the fog coming in?
More of the Community Garden..
Stairs (duh)
St. Gregory's Episcopal Church
Couple interesting trees...
The house on the left gives new meaning to the term 'rock garden'
This image taken from the driver's seat of my car. Yes, San Francisco has a few hills.
