November 1

A Chinese-lantern covered building in an alley in Chinatown.

November 4

This is the Viking Funeral for the Death of Irony. Well, this is before the boat had a mast, was filled with ironic stuff, got covered in gasoline & set on fire to float/sink in the Bay. This photo is part of the test to see if the boat might actually float.

November 6

Timo is also unemployed. I met him at his boat in Alameda. We sailed (Ok, motored) from the boat's home to a little restaurant up the way. On the way back, we got to see a bunch of military guys patrolling the bay & the Coast Guard escorting a small boat. It wasn't clear if this was a rescue or a seizure.

November 7

This is downtown San Francisco. I was there for a CPR class.
