It might make sense to just throw the frozen sausage into boiling water to defrost and cook. Someone thought it would be better to defrost the sausage in the microwave before boiling.

I've been cooking again. This is a basil plant out of my garden. It turned into pesto sauce. I hosted a Political Party where we ate dinner and then talked through issues and candidates on the ballot.

I made a pasta dinner with mushroom & onion marinara sauce (starting from raw tomatoes), pesto, green salad, two lemon pies and four kinds of bread: banana, white/whole wheet, pumpernickel and herb (garlic, rosemary, dill and oregano).

This is a stack of paper to be mailed to a friend in Antarctica. She moved there for a bit and we're sending pictures from home.

I got knitting patterns and a magazine in the mail today.

It is remarkably difficult to get a picture of the profile of the cat. She keeps moving. I'm trying to plot a knitting pattern in the shape of a cat and I want to start with a picture of the cat. This will be a cat-shaped cozy for the mixer.

Now that Buffy is off the air, I think it would make perfect sense for Buffy to make a guest appearance on Passions, the kinda unusual NBC soap opera.

I hate shopping. I really do. We spent much too much time in a mall today. I spent about 45 minutes inline at the post office picking up an order of wool mailed from Patternworks. They messed up the order and shipped the wrong item. They have a history of mistakes since this acquisition happened. I'm not going to order from them again.

We did a Chinatown walk We figured Chinatown & Union Square would be empty on Thanksgiving. We were wrong.

For Thanksgiving, we ate Turkey TV dinners and watched TV. They were pretty horrible.
