Paramount Theatre in Oakland...Saturday tour

Here is the outside & some of the inside of the theatre...
The gold stuff on the right...it's supposed to be a waterfall, surrounded by huge redwood trees. Another person on the tour said she thought it looked like a Buddha, an observation that rung true with me. I would not be surprised to find someone else saying it looks like a Christ figure. Everyone sees what's familiar or what they expect to see... |
