Wool is Reynold's Lite Lopi. The darker color (soles) was color 0420. The lighter, main body color was #0418. They recommend #8 needles, st st 17 st & 22 rows for 4"
I used 16" #13 needles to get 5.5 st/8 rows for two inches.
Before felting, the sole was 10.5" long.
After two runs through the washing machine (cotton/sturdy & hot/cold settings), the sole is now 9.5".
