Octopus

I made an octopus.

This is the latest addition to my menagarie of oddly shaped creatures.
I cast on two strands, Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride on #13 needles. I started from the top. I increased until I got a circle, increasing to 80 stitches at the middle. Then I decreased until 40 stitches. Each tentacle (8 of them) is 5 stitches. Each tentacle is unique, a bit random in length and how I went about decreasing to the end.

This is how it looked before I threw it in the washing machine to felt it.

I stuffed it with polyester.
